Half marathon runners set off at 09:30 and those taking part in the 10k started at 11:10 BST The after party was held in Steyne Gardens
Hundreds of runners took part in the Worthing Half Marathon on Sunday.
The annual event started and ended on the town's seafront next to Worthing Pier, with James Baker and Kate Drew taking the men's and women's race honours.
Mr Baker, of Chichester Runners & AC, finished the 13.1-mile race in one hour 11 minutes 44 seconds.
Ms Drew ran the half marathon in one hour 19 minutes 36 seconds.
